Nifty Native does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Orders may immediately enter processing or fulfillment after purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Although Nifty Native does not accept returns, we will address items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

To request a replacement:

If your request is approved, an appropriate replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Nifty Native reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement based on the circumstances and information provided.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Nifty Native is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the applicable shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
