10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Although Nifty Native does not accept ordinary returns or exchanges, we will address items that arrive:

Customers should contact the applicable carrier directly regarding packages showing as delivered but not received.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.

Nifty Native may ship to PO boxes when supported by the selected carrier and shipping method.
Certain shipping methods may not be available for PO boxes.
